About Catladymori

CatladymoriPets, wildlife and great spaces of Nature were my true family and clan when I was growing up in a troubled human family. There were turtles, a rabbit, parakeets, dogs, assorted found wildlife but, curiously, no cats. The only cats I remember seeing belonged to my aunt and uncle and they would hide when we came to visit.

Cat Rescue

barn kittens croppedIn the 70’s I rescued my first feline from a botched chloroform execution. In the early 80’s I opened my home to homeless felines and they haven’t stopped coming. Some were tame and some were feral (wild) and some were in-between. The feral cat rescue part of this site describes some of my challenges and solutions.

The feral cats were the most challenging because they couldn’t be handled. They would learn household routines, use the litter box and sing for their suppers like any other cats. But getting them to the vet, or administering meds was  a major operation. Anticipating their needs and creating an environment adapted to those needs takes much of the stress out of caring for them. My ebook details ways to do this.

Healing Sound Frequencies for Animals and Humans

ebook

Pops was a feral (wild) rescue cat of mine who developed cancer in his jaw. I was working with the vet to keep him comfortable but it was hard. Because he was wild, I couldn’t touch him. Searching online, I found sound frequencies that helped him and he ended his days quietly at home. That convinced me that sound frequencies can be an unparalleled “hands off” tool for any animal rescuer dealing with stressed and/or wild animals.

I kept exploring the frequencies, learned about the different kinds and used them myself. I now have an mp3 player full of different frequencies I use for myself and the cats. I wrote this ebook (dedicated to Pops of course), more about that here.

Sound frequencies are amazing tools for both humans and animals and it is unfortunate that most people don’t know their potential. Some people think frequencies are all “woo-woo stuff” or pseudo-science. But in fact, many of the developers of frequency products and programs are physicians, physicists and other professionals. I enthusiastically invite you to see for yourself by clicking the reviews section in the navigation bar above.

Experimental Frequency Downloads

I have put together some of the sound frequencies I use along with some that may be helpful with animals. I call them experimental because they come from reports and anecdotes, not scientific studies. Nevertheless, I have found some to be quite personally helpful. These are downloadable mp3 recordings. More information in this section.

“A Catlady’s Work Is Never Done”

That has been my motto for many years. In part it reflects the fact that animal abuse and abandonment is part of a larger picture which shows humans mostly disconnected from Nature and Earth. Humans suffer because of that and so do Nature and Earth. Reconnecting with Nature and Earth is a lifestyle. Some of the things I deal with while trying to live a reconnecting life are in the other part of this website, Earth Lover’s Life.

Disclaimer

I do want to emphasize that I am an animal rescuer, not a doctor nor a veterinarian. This blog is about my experiences with cat rescue and natural healing. It is not meant to replace medical or veterinary advice.

  1. Mori, thanks for sharing your story and life’s mission. Science has shown that we inhabit a vibratory universe and all lifeforms are comprised of different frequencies, so to me it only stands to reason that this is the area where serious research should be taking place.

      • Good afternoon- I am keenly interested in the what I have known to be the “Priceless Pet Cd” sound frequencies healing modality you describe. Is this CD available through you ? Thanks

        • Hello Susan,

While I do sell experimental sound frequencies through this site, they are downloads, not on a CD. I believe you are seeking the Tree of Life CD described here: http://www.the-tree-of-life.com/cd-32.html. I notice it says out of stock so you may want to contact them for more information. Best of luck and I’d be interested in your experience with the CD.
